Our deluxe three bedroom, three bathroom deluxe town house
features a queen bed in the lower master suite, sleeper sofa in the living room, twin beds in the guest room and the large master bedroom has a king-size bed.
Lay in bed or sit on the banks of Lake Stewart and enjoy the sounds of the
waves gently rolling in from the Gulf and the nightly sounds of the lake.
You will feel like you are in your own secluded area.
Enjoy the most spectacular views of the Gulf in all of Seascape. We have unobstructed views of the gulf from the balconies of the living room and master bedroom. Two master suites make this a great unit for two family vacations.
The unit is conveniently located across the street from the Convention Center,
adjacent to the Boardwalk, a short walk to the Whale's Tail
(Seascape's restaurant) and just steps away from sparkling pool.
Seascape Golf features an 18-hole championship Joe Lee designed golf course with numerous water features. Guests of Seascape are also invited to play our Emerald Bay Golf Club 18-hole course located just two miles west of Seascape on the north side of Emerald Coast Parkway. Both courses are full service facilities with a restaurant, practice range, rental clubs, professional lessons, and a pro shop stocked to meet your every need.
In addition to offering two of the most beautiful golf courses in the area, Seascape has a complete tennis facility with eight lighted courts and five swimming pools. For meetings, conferences, banquets and special events of all sizes, the Seascape Conference Center can accommodate groups up to 500 guests. Seascape is one of only two resorts in the area that can offer groups onsite golf, tennis and beaches in addition to meeting and banquet facilities.
After a day spent splashing in the waves or just relaxing in the sun on
the 2,000 feet of pristine sugar white beaches, playing the links, chasing down serves, Seascape provides a perfect second act at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill. This unit is in a great location within the resort, it is directly across the street from the Convention Center and a pool is just steps away.
We have unobstructed views of the gulf from the balconies of the living room and master bedroom.
Sit on the banks of Lake Stewart, so you can enjoy the sounds of the surf from the Gulf, and also the night sounds of the lake. It feels as if you are in a secluded area. The Boardwalk to the Beach is adjacent to our Condo making it convenient to access the beach, and to walk to the Whales Tail, Seascapes own restaurant.
